Development Contributions Scheme 2004-2009
This scheme was applicable for permissions granted in the period January 1st 2004 to 31st December 2009.
Permissions already granted in the lifetime of this scheme, i.e. January 1st 2004-December 31st 2009, once availed of, are required to adhere to the planning conditions contained in the permission implemented and pay the stated contribution as per planning conditions.
