Chief Executive's Report - November 2023

South Dublin County Council’s Chief Executive’s Report is presented to elected members at Council every month and details important achievements across our various departments whilst highlighting key statistics and images from events that took place that month. The report also highlights major news pieces and puts a focus on an area of the Council that doesn’t always get the attention it deserves.

This month's report includes news on-:

• National Womens Enterprise Day - The four Dublin Local Enterprises Offices were hosted in South Dublin for National Womens Enterprise Day on
  19 October.
• Innovation Week and Innovation Awards - now in its fifth year, another hugely successful innovation week for staff took place from 23rd to 27th
  October.
• New Artificial Grass Pitch at Sean Walsh Park - New 3G Artificial Grass Pitch at Sean Walsh Park is now open for use by sports clubs, schools and the local
  community
• Council Focus - Tallaght Stadium - The new North Stand is complete along with upgrades to corporate and hospitality facilities in the West Stand.
