Killinarden Community Centre was opened in 1986 and was refurbished and extended in 2002. The centre is managed by Killinarden Community Council CLG which was established to promote the general social and economic interests of the people of Killinarden, the participation and involvement of local people to the greatest extent possible and the promotion of a community spirit among all the people resident in the area, and the doing of all such things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objectives.
