Traveller Specific Choice Based Letting Initiative for New Traveller Accommodation Group Scheme at Graydon Rise, Newcastle, Co. Dublin
Under Delivering Homes, Building Communities 2025-2030 South Dublin County Council is seeking expressions of interest from members of the Traveller community for a new Traveller Accommodation Group Housing Scheme at Graydon Rise, Newcastle, Co Dublin.
The scheme comprises of four-bedroom, two-story family homes providing long term accommodation for Travellers. These new homes delivered through Part V housing requirements in a high-quality development, feature an energy efficient A-rating and are in close proximity to a range of local amenities and facilities.
The process will prioritise families with a four-bed requirement to meet their family need in accordance with the Council’s Allocation Scheme for Traveller specific/standard social housing.
The allocation of these homes forms a key part of delivery of Traveller Specific Accommodation under the Council’s Traveller Accommodation Programme 2025-2029.
Closing date for Applications is Friday 20th March 2026
