Tallaght Town Centre Local Area Plan 2020

The Tallaght Town Centre Local Area Plan 2020 will shape the sustainable development of the County Town and will be used by the Planning Authority to assess planning applications in the area. The final consolidated LAP document is available online at https://www.sdcc.ie/en/services/planning/local-area-plans/tallaght-current/

The LAP, which was made by South Dublin County Council on Monday 8th June 2020, has effect from 20th July 2020 and will remain in force for a period of six years, or for an extended period as provided under Section 19(1)(d) of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 (as amended).
