CALL FOR AVAILIBILITY RENTAL AGREEMENT (RAS TYPE) EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

South Dublin County Council is looking to hear from property owners who may be interested in Letting their vacant property under an Availability Agreement.

Under the scheme the owner maintains full responsibility for the property.  Tenants, in need of social housing support, are nominated by South Dublin County Council for the property.

The main benefits of the Scheme for private property owners are:

• Terms of up to 10 years available
• Guaranteed payment of rent
• Payment for vacancy periods
• No administrative overheads
