Publication of the new South Dublin County Council Development Plan 2016-2022
South Dublin County Council has published the new County Development Plan 2016-2022. The Written Statement, Maps and accompanying documents are available to view / download from http://www.southdublindevplan.ie/adopted-plan as of Friday 10th June 2016.
The new South Dublin County Council Development Plan 2016-2022 takes operational effect from Sunday 12th June 2016. The general public, applicants for development, planning agents, architects and all other interested parties are notified that the new County Development Plan will be used in the determination of all planning applications from Sunday 12th June onwards. The existing County Development Plan 2010-2016 will thereby cease to have effect.
The South Dublin County Council Development Plan 2016-2022 will be available for inspection (and will be kept available for inspection accordingly) at the following locations, excluding Bank Holidays, from Friday 10th June 2016:
- County Hall, Tallaght during normal opening hours
- Civic Offices, Clondalkin during normal opening hours
The County Development Plan may also be inspected at all branches of South Dublin County Libraries from Monday 13th June 2016.
Copies of the Plan will be available to purchase from the Land Use Planning & Transportation Department, County Hall Tallaght, Dublin 24 from Monday 13th June 2016.
