To maintain that momentum, the Local Enterprise Office (LEO), South Dublin was established on the 15th April, 2014 in County Hall, Tallaght and will be the ‘first stop shop’ for anyone who wants to start or expand their business and create jobs here in South Dublin County.

LEO South Dublin will be at the forefront of delivering business growth and jobs, providing direct support to everyone with a good business idea and strengthening the enterprise sector in the County. Help will be available to all, the very least that will be offered to a local entrepreneur is guidance to access information and appropriate supports.

The Local Enterprise Office will have the full backing of Enterprise Ireland to support business, foster innovation and drive exports. The LEO, South Dublin will provide direct linkages to other agencies who can advise on issues such as Revenue tax breaks for business finance, Social Protection supports for entrepreneurs, Microfinance Ireland loans and the Credit Review Office when your bank has said No, Skillets and the Education and Training Boards for business training skills - ensuring the best possible service to people who want to develop their business ideas.
