To perform large scale door-to-door inspections of household storm water drainage to provide statistically reliable information on the nature, socio-economic, temporal and spatial distribution reasons for domestic misconnection in urban areas to inform the decision support tool, and to assist in creating electronic self-assessment methods for householders.
