Tymon Park entrance and car park at Wellington Road 06/08/2025 Notice

Closure of Tymon Park entrance and car park at Wellington Road, 6th of August 2025.

The building work at Tymon Park Intergenerational Centre is progressing and close to completion.

To complete the works;  the Wellington Road entrance to Tymon Park will be closed to both pedestrian and vehicles for the 6th of August 2025 to complete the resurfacing of the car park.

Alternative access has been arranged for pedestrians and emergency vehicles via adjacent routes; and diversionary routes will be marked on those dates.

But please note Tymon Park car park and the direct pedestrian access through it into Tymon Park from the Wellington Road will not be available during those days.

Alternative car park locations will available at the Limekiln entrance to Tymon Park and the Castletymon Road entrance to Tymon Park.
