PAVILION BOOKING SYSTEM
Getting exercise outdoors has never been more accessible to the South Dublin County community, thanks to ground-breaking technology and new state of the art pavilion changing and storage facilities for clubs.
Following an audit of the Council’s pitches and facilities within the County and having regard to the level of mixed usage at each location, Dodder Valley Park was identified as the first pavilion to be constructed as part of the Pavilion Construction Programme.
Clubs will be able to book the pavilion at a fee of €15.00 per hour, which will give them use of a pitch for free. Access to a referee’s room and storage facilities will also be provided. Entry to the pavilion will be enabled through the online booking system, giving each club a unique secure code to enter upon arrival.
How to Book the Dodder Valley Park Pavilion (Old Bawn)
Steps to book online:
- Click on Booking System link here
- Register your club and pay the one-off registration fee of €50.00. Your registration will normally take 24 hours to be approved.
- Once approved, follow the link and select the changing rooms, referee and storage rooms (if applicable), and pitches for the duration of your booking
- Choose the “Pay Upfront” or “Pay-as-you-Go” payment option and pay by credit or debit card.
- Your booking request will be sent to SDCC for approval, which normally takes 24 hours. You will not be charged until your booking has been approved.
- Bookings can only be accepted and processed Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.
- once your booking has been approved, you will be sent a confirmation email with the access control details for your booking

Please Note:
- Access to the pavilion will operate on a first come, first serve basis
- You must book at least one changing room when booking a pitch
- You cannot make a block booking for more than four weeks at a time
- The changing rooms must kept clean and tidy after all bookings.
