As per H14 Objective 2 of the SDCC County Development Plan, SDCC Planning were required: To review and update the South Dublin County Council House Extension Design Guide, 2010 during the lifetime of this Development Plan, to include a review of design options for mid terracetype extensions with a view to facilitating these extensions in Local Authority housing where appropriate.
As such, the Council has produced the following document for house extensions and alterations: House Extension Design Guide
