Action D2. To bring about a culture shift in the attitude of stakeholders. The project will develop capacity building systems to educate and empower stakeholders in this area. Key personnel from seven local authorities across Ireland will be trained to use the decision support tool and to champion the cause of misconnections in their areas. Provide a suite of digital media resources, innovative protocols and practices will provide a continuous online resource to stakeholders, during and after the project.
