Expression of Interest – Anchor Tenant for Aras Rualach, Neilstown Road, Dublin 22 South Dublin County Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced and appropriately governed organisations to operate as anchor tenants within the remaining available spaces at Aras Rualach, Neilstown Road, Dublin 22. Aras Rualach is a community facility originally developed to support community development, social inclusion, lifelong learning, and community-based service delivery. The Council is particularly interested in proposals that demonstrate alignment with these objectives and that can deliver tangible benefits for the local community. Please note that other stakeholders currently occupy parts of the facility. This Expression of Interest relates specifically to the remaining available compartments within the building, which equate to approximately 60% of the overall facility. Expressions of Interest are invited from:

• Community and voluntary organisations
• Not-for-profit bodies
• Social enterprises
• Organisations delivering social, educational, cultural, youth, family, or inclusion-focused services

Applicants must demonstrate:

• Relevant experience
• Strong governance and management structures
• Organisational capacity
• Financial sustainability

Site visits to the available spaces can be arranged upon request.
