RTB Inspections

Global Home Warranties (GHW) Ltd conducts inspections on behalf of the Private Rented Inspections Unit of South Dublin County Council. From 2nd December 2023 onwards, the inspections will take place Monday – Saturday.

Inspector’s working on behalf of South Dublin County Council’s Private Rented Inspection Unit will always identify themselves (ask to see their ID). You as tenant / landlord will be contacted before the inspection date to confirm the upcoming appointment.
