Knockmeenagh Road

Local Zoning Objective (LZO) 6 of the South Dublin County Development Plan 2010-2016 seeks to facilitate development of housing to the rear of houses at Knockmeenagh Road, Clondalkin, with not more than one additional unit per existing cottage. Further to LZO 6, a local framework plan that addresses lands to the rear of the houses on the north side of Knockmeenagh Road has been submitted to the Planning Authority. The framework plan was noted at the meeting of the Clondalkin Area Committee on the 18th of September 2013. Framework Plan
