Financial Consideration
At the time this plan was being prepared, the Council’s finances were strong due to a €?? Million (?? per cent) increase in the annual budget between 2019 and 2024, as well as strong economic growth nationally. However, the economic future is uncertain – main concerns[GL1] . This means we must maintain a focus on building competitiveness and managing our finances sustainably.
