New Councillor Co-opted by Council

Lyn Hagin Meade of the Green Party has been co-opted by the members of South Dublin County Council to replace Councillor (Cllr) Suzanne McEneaney who resigned as a councillor due to time pressure. Cllr Hagin Meade will represent the Firhouse Bohernabreena Local Electoral Area.

Cllr Hagin Meade was proposed by the Mayor of South Dublin County, Cllr Peter Kavanagh, and seconded by the Deputy Mayor, Cllr Laura Donaghy, at the March monthly meeting of the Council and was welcomed by her fellow Councillors.

Cllr Hagin Meade was also appointed to the Environment, Public Realm and Climate Change Strategic Policy Committee.
