PhysioNow Winter Wellness Talk via Zoom Chief Physiotherapist Colette O’Flynn has some great ideas on how to stay energized, nourished, fit, and happy all winter long

• Exercise

• Eating Well

• Essential Vitamins

• Good Sleep
