Dart+ South West Granted Approval

SDCC welcomes that An Bord Pleanála has approved a Railway Order for the Dart+ South West scheme between Heuston and Hazelhatch Stations.  

This gives the planning go-ahead to the project which will see an upgrade to higher frequency services and Dart-style trains with the potential for additional stations in the future.

This will benefit residents, workers and visitors to South Dublin County, particularly servicing Adamstown, Clonburris, Clondalkin and City Edge by significantly improving public transport, providing an alternative to car use and helping achieve our climate change targets
