Men on the Move
Men on the Move is a national physical activity programme designed specifically for men aged 30 and over who want to get more active, improve their fitness, and feel better – all in a friendly and supportive group environment.
This programme is about getting moving at a pace that works for you. You don’t need to be fit to take part. The sessions are designed so that everyone, regardless of ability or fitness level, can join in and progress comfortably over time.

Why Take Part?
Men on the Move is about more than just fitness. It’s about feeling good, building confidence, and connecting with others. The programme supports men to:
