The Good 2 Go program is designed to empower local leaders and community groups with the skills and tools they need to lead fun, engaging physical activities. Whether you're part of a men’s or women’s shed, a community centre, or any local group, Good 2 Go offers hands-on training across a range of activities, so you can confidently bring new energy and movement to your members.
Training Areas Include:
- Activator Poles: Safe, effective pole-walking techniques.
- Target Games: Including accessible games like boules that everyone can enjoy.
- Short Fitness Sessions: Quick, easy-to-lead fitness routines.
- Dance: Fun and energizing sessions to get everyone moving!
Equipment Loans and Funding Guidance
Active South Dublin supports you every step of the way. We provide equipment loans so your group can have a trial session before deciding to purchase. Plus, we offer guidance on available grants to help cover equipment costs—ensuring that getting active is accessible to all.
