Draft Ministerial Direction

The Minister of State at the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage consequent to a recommendation made to him by the Office of the Planning Regulator under Section 31AM(8) of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), has notified South Dublin County Council of his intention to issue a Draft Direction to the South Dublin County Development Plan 2022-2028.

In accordance with Section 31(4) of the Planning and Development Act 2000, those parts of the South Dublin County Development Plan 2022-2028 referred to in the notice shall be taken to have not come into effect. See Draft Direction details below:

The Draft Direction may be inspected for a period of 2 weeks from 10th August 2022 to 23rd August 2022 at the following locations:
