School transport services are available to Ukrainian students on the same basis that they are available to children in Ireland. There will be no charge for this where it is available. The Dublin and Dún Laoghaire ETB is a statutory education provider offering English language classes in a Further Education and Training Centre. The ETB offers free beginners and improvers English classes in addition to certified courses that may be beneficial to displaced persons who are now living in South Dublin County
